Josh became a principal in the company in 2019 after joining Brad Carter and Greg Miller following his graduation from Mississippi State University in 2011. In 2015, Josh passed the Principles of Engineering exam to obtain his Professional Engineering (PE) licensure. Since then, he has become licensed in 4 states: MS, LA, AR, and KS. Josh is experienced in the design of steel, wood, masonry, and concrete structures, foundation design, forensic engineering and the evaluation of structural failures, concrete and asphalt pavement design, parking lot layout planning, site drainage and grading, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, architectural engineering, NFPA Life Safety planning, construction administration, roof repairs and retrofit design, overhead crane evaluation and runway design, safety platform and fall protection design for OSHA regulations, and the renovation of existing structures. Josh has accumulated a variety of experience working on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Josh has over a decade of hands-on construction experience from growing up working for his father at Sansing Masonry, where he learned how to lay brick, block, and stone, as well as various construction techniques, at a young age. He has worked on the construction side of many commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Josh has an appreciation for aesthetics and constantly seeks to provide clients with the best product possible while always keeping the Owner and Contractor in mind.
